Henry Candy’s exciting youngster stretched his unbeaten record to five when making a successful reappearance at Ascot in April, but suffered a surprise defeat in the Sandy Lane Stakes a Haydock Park behind Adaay.

The two are set to do battle once more in the first running of this three-year-old only Group 1 contest, with bookmakers expecting Limato to gain revenge on his William Haggas-trained opponent.

QIPCO 1000 Guineas third and last season’s champion juvenile filly Tiggy Wiggy is a major player for Champion Trainer Richard Hannon.

The Irish challenge is headed by Edward Lynam-trained filly Anthem Alexander, who beat Tiggy Wiggy when landing the Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot a year ago and recently made an impressive return at Naas.

Wesley Ward’s American raider Hootenanny returns to Berkshire following his victory in the Windsor Castle Stakes 12 months ago, while other interesting contenders include Hugo Palmer’s Home Of The Brave, the John Gosden-trained Tendu and Muhaarar from Charlie Hills’ stable.
